OUR RETURN POLICY
Triton Appliances wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. It is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect freight upon delivery. If, within 30 days after you receive the merchandise, you find any type of damage you must notify our customer service and an inspection will be completed.
You may return most new items sold by Triton Appliances within 30 days of delivery for a refund of 90% of the amount(less 10% restocking fee).
Customer will pay a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. The restocking fee is applicable on cost of merchandise only. Tax & shipping are not subject to restocking fees. The restocking fee is deducted from the amount to be credited.
A refund via check or credit card will be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise in good condition, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. |
